Please review these terms carefully before commissioning artwork with us.
Overview
PorscheDesigner provides bespoke digital automotive artwork created from customer-supplied photographs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products
All artwork is delivered as digital, print-ready files. No physical product is shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
You receive a personal license to print and display your commissioned artwork. PorscheDesigner retains the right to its artistic techniques and processes. Artwork may not be resold or redistributed commercially without permission.
Customer Content
You confirm you have the right to use any photographs you submit. You grant us permission to use those images solely to produce your commissioned artwork.
Payments & Refunds
All prices are in USD and processed securely via Stripe. Because each piece is custom-made, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis prior to final delivery.
Trademarks
PorscheDesigner is an independent design studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. All vehicle names are trademarks of their respective owners.
